1.Implementation, support and inventory control of applications used

2.Develops and implements the most efficient and cost-effective solutions

3.Evaluates system specifications for business requirements

4.Develops and prepares computer solutions

5.Works closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs

Common Skills of an Programmer Position:

1.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

2.Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations

3.Solid understanding of business practices with fundamental understanding of project management methodology

4.Requires excellent computer skills

5.Good understanding of My SQL

6.Deep knowledge in Programming Language JAVA, ASP, VB

7.Have deep knowledge in OO concept and MVC

8.Knowledge on ASP.NET Web Services/ Console/Desktop/Windows Services

9.Have deep knowledge in My SQL, SQL Server, RDBMS

10.Good understanding of PHP, ASP Classic,ASP.NET, Web base, Dekstop

11.Familiar with Ajax, Css, HTML, Javascript

Common Requirements of an Programmer Position:

1.Minimum 2 years prior Information Technology experience required

2.Minimum Education: S1 Degree  in Computer Science or a related field

3. Min GPA 2,75.

4.Good knowledge in Logistic Service Forwarder system.

5.Good knowledge in software applications development.

6.Good communication skill and negotiation skill in Indonesia and English.

7.Have good skills in using project relation tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Power Point).

8.Good interpersonal skills, self motivated, creative, result oriented, customer oriented.

9.Able to work independently and in team, underpressure and tight deadline
